Rumors of a Gamecube Portable

I found a link on the internet about a prototype for a Nintendo Gamecube portable. I'm not sure how much truth is in it but here is a picture.



I love my gamecube and i would defiantly be interested if this was ever released.

I will be post more information when i find it.

What ever it looks like will be better than this thing.

Looks good, but i think the gamecube died a few years ago. Do even remember what a game cube is...
I'm afraid it won't be able to compete with the big boys...

Don't be so quick to forget. There were some great games on the Nintendo Gamecube. The Resident Evil's for example were, excellent. Unfortunately the Playstation One and Xbox killed it off, with Playstation being responsible for other consoles downfall as well).
I would like to see theis happen, I think it would be good for the Gamecube, a console that got short changed in it's lifespan. It would be great too if the games for it could also be used on the home console and alternatively if that could be connected to the T.V., it would make a home console very tidy indeed.

Sorry to be picky but it was the playstation 2 that competed with the gamecube. Also it doesn't matter if the gamecube portable couldn't compete with the consuls around now like the 360 and ps3. It wouldn't have to its a portable only competition would be the Psp. Well I say PsP playstation might have thought of something new if this was to ever happen.

No worries. Here to advice. I just love the idea of playing games like Wind Waker,lugis mansion and Mario Sunshine on that would be cool.
